Black Tea XV: Memento Mori Created in Adobe Photoshop CS and Adobe Illustrator 9.0.1 (for the fonts and lettering). Client approached me asking for a logo and a CD label design for a LARP (Live-Action Role-Playing) game that is in the final stages of development. Inspired in part by Irish histories, the game "Black Tea Society: Memento Mori is about the fall of the last free county of Ireland. The feel of the game offers a supernatural explanation for the fall of County Connaught -in this setting, the county falls due to a curse on the clan that the story revolves around. The client asked that the CD label include some aspect of Ogham script in the image. The images below the logo display the sample image of CD label as well as the requested un-trimmed background image and separate placement of words and logo on the label. The file with the blue background was submitted to the client as a .psd with two layers (background and separate words) so that layout could be modified if the client chose to make changes in the future. I am currently under contract to produce a CD cover as well as t-shirt designs for Black Tea XV: Memento Mori. I will post these images when they are complete, with permission from the game developers for the purpose of displaying examples of my work.
